How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

How do I cancel my contract?Your repeat monthly subscription is set up to bill you on or around the same day of the month that your subscription began. You can cancel this at any time – after as many payments as you choose. To cancel your existing contract: Log in to your profile Click on Settings and select Payment History from the dropdown menu You will find a link that will redirect you to cancel your contract If you are experiencing difficulties cancelling your contract, please check you are logged into the correct profile. The Annual Subscription is a one-off payment that gives you premium membership for one year from the date of your subscription.

How can I remove my profile?You will no longer have any access to the service, with immediate effect. We will not send you any further emails. Please note, it may take a few weeks for search engines to register the change. Unfortunately, we are unable to speed this process up. To remove your profile: Log in to your account On the top menu select Accounts Settings Archive your Profile
